What to Bring to Whistler for a Week

  In the winter months, Whistler is one of the world's most popular tourism destinations. Whistler's winter paradise was my playground for a week, during which time they went on a beautiful chopper ride, snowmobiling and snowboarding, ziplined, and dog sledding. Whistler's winter climate may be very cold or mild, depending on how much snow falls. There had been no snow during the first few days in the city, and we got a snow dump for three days straight the next day and the day after. If you're going to Whistler, ensure you bring enough layers to prepare for everything. Whistler is at its most picturesque in the spring when the weather begins to warm up and the trees start to bloom (ourselves included). As the snow melts, a slew of new outdoor activities opens up. It might be intimidating to pack for unpredictable weather, but you don't need a giant suitcase to accomplish it.
